Love Thy Neighbour

Trees are wonderful and for the most part are a joy to observe, they provide shade if it’s hot, shelter if its wet, a feature in our gardens and habitat for wildlife and there’s not many of us who don’t have a tree or two in our gardens, But how many of us think about our trees in relation to our neighbours!

It’s very rare that a week goes by without me receiving a call about a neighbours trees, blocking light, dropping mess all over the garden etc etc. So maybe those of us with trees, especially conifer and the larger species, should take a good look at the garden, especially on a sunny day, and just see what impact our trees are having on next door especially if they only have a small plot, or are on the North end of your plot!

Father and son team Poplar Tree Services know all about what’s important to their customers and there neighbours and how best a solution can be reached, which needn't be expensive or too drastic as long as both parties get along and can come to a mutual agreement.

"We always do our best to reassure our clients that we will leave their garden in a clean and tidy condition, and in many cases even better! After all people spend a lot of time and money on their gardens and we really do appreciate that investment. We talk to our clients about what changes they can expect once the work is done, and how their environment can be improved".
